| Posted : 24 Jan 2017 - 05:35 Post title : Led Turn Signals | | Just added "Milwaukee LED STAR TURN SIGNAL " turn signals to my R3. They seem to be good quality and were reasonably easy to fit. I had to adapt some of the original stems from the bike to make the rear lights fit but they came out pretty good I think.

These particular lights don't work without them or a similar dual load equalizer thingy...does the same job. I think you will find led turn signals in general need the load resistors to get the blink rate correct. Easy to install, one wire out of the resistor goes on the positive wire and the other end wire goes on the negative wire...done! Most resistors come with the squeeze type wire connectors. I used plastic ties to hold the resistor onto the frame nice and tidy.
